Is French administration too big?

Trop de fonctionnaires?

For those who don’t know French, “Education” is short for “Education Nationale”, which is the branch of the administration which employs the teachers. “Tresor” is equivalent to the IRS. “Prive” is for non-public companies, and “Syndicats” means “Unions”. There is that pretty singular thing about French unions: they are highly politicized, and extremely present in a lot of national debates, while they only really represent a minority of the employees (I think it’s less than 10%).
